The site. This website describes services offered by Imprynt (Miami, FL). The content is informational — nothing here is a binding offer until we agree on a build in writing.

How engagements work. Builds are scoped one workflow at a time. The build itself is free; the service is billed monthly at the rate we agree on (currently $500 per month) starting only after the build is live and you’ve seen it working. There is no minimum term and no long-form contract — service runs month to month and you can cancel anytime. Scope, timing, and what happens to your data are agreed in writing before we start, and billing runs through Stripe.

Your data. Business data handled by a build stays yours. I don’t sell it and I don’t reuse it for anyone else.

No guarantees on the site. The examples on this site describe things that can be built; results depend on your business. The site itself is provided as-is, and I’m not liable for damages arising from your use of it — to the extent Florida law allows.
