Terms

The site. This website describes services offered by Imprynt, a trade name of Imprynt LLC (340 SE 3rd St, Miami, FL 33131), serving Miami and South Florida. The content is informational — nothing here is a binding offer until we agree on a build in writing.

Plans and billing. We sell three subscription plans, billed through Stripe. Website ($199 per month, or $1,990 per year — two months free) covers a custom-built site of up to 9 pages on your domain, hosting, security, updates, an analytics login, and lead forms that route to your email. Growth ($300 per month, or $3,000 per year) covers everything in Website with a page for every service, plus a CRM account, an AI chat widget on your site, email and SMS follow-up automations, Google Business Profile setup and monthly management, branded email on your domain, and the review recapture campaign. AI Front Desk ($500 per month, or $5,000 per year) covers everything in Growth plus one custom AI agent (an AI voice agent or missed-call text-back), scoped with you on a strategy call. Annual plans are billed once for ten months of service — two months free. There are no build fees and no minimum terms — every plan runs month to month (annual Website plans run year to year) and you can cancel anytime.

The guarantee. Your first site version is delivered within 24 hours of you completing the build form — typically within the hour. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. After that, cancellation stops future billing with thirty days’ notice either way; annual plans are refunded pro-rata for whole unused months beyond the first 14 days only when we have failed to deliver. For AI Front Desk we agree operational success criteria in writing before the build starts; if the build does not meet them, everything you’ve paid for the plan is refunded.

What starts when. Your site goes live on a temporary address immediately and moves to your domain once it’s connected (we provide instructions and help by text; the domain and registrar account remain yours and are billed by your registrar). On Growth and AI Front Desk, review-recapture emails begin at launch; review-recapture texts and other SMS automations begin once your business number completes carrier (A2P) registration, which typically takes about a week and depends on carrier approval. Google Business Profile management requires you to grant manager access to your profile; your profile remains yours and you can remove us at any time.

Your customer lists. When you upload customer contacts for the review recapture campaign or CRM, you confirm they are your own customers who have agreed to hear from your business, and you authorize us to contact them on your behalf. We act as your service provider for those lists: we never sell them, never market our own services to them, and delete them on request.

Your portal. Active clients get logins to a private dashboard showing the business data we handle for you — leads, messages, bookings, reviews, and (where the AI answering service is enabled) call recordings and transcripts. You can add and remove teammate logins yourself. Some portal content, like summaries and monthly reports, is AI-generated and provided for your information. Portal access runs with your subscription; if you cancel, we’ll export your data on request.

Managing your subscription. Update your card or cancel anytime in the billing portal. No phone call, no form, no talking anyone out of it.

Your data. Business data handled by a build stays yours. We don’t sell it and we don’t reuse it for anyone else.

Messaging terms. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. We text you only if you tick a box asking us to. Handing over your number by itself grants no permission, and SMS consent is never required to submit a form or to buy anything. Service consent covers the inquiry you started, your booked calls, and your project; marketing consent covers follow-up about our services and is entirely optional. You may give either, both, or neither. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We never text purchased or scraped numbers, and we never share mobile opt-in data with anyone — see our privacy policy.

No guarantees on the site. The examples and calculators on this site describe things that can be built and illustrative math; results depend on your business. The site itself is provided as-is, and we’re not liable for damages arising from your use of it — to the extent Florida law allows.
